At Novel Steeps, we do more than read books. We explore literary elements such as theme, tone, symbolism, and character development while asking thoughtful and funny questions that spark great conversation. This is a space to connect, get out of the house, share ideas, and enjoy cool books with even cooler people.

Novel Steeps is an in-person book club that’s curated for women who crave sisterhood. We read works by Black authors to inspire reflection and community. Each month, we sip tea, share our thoughts, and learn to slow down and center ourselves in a world that moves too fast.

We explore one book for four to five weeks, with two gatherings held on the second and fourth Sundays of each month.
